Gandolfi brothers

The four Gandolfi brothers and their sons run the breeding of dairy cows "Margherita" in Pegognaga, on the right bank of the River Po, in province of Mantova, the area of Denomination of Protected Origin of the Parmigiano Reggiano.

The name "Margherita" has been done in homage to their mother and grandmother, Margherita Ancellotti, who with its dowry of two cows concurred with her husband Angelo Gandolfi to begin a small breeding which their sons and grandsons have progressively widened and improved.
